Muff's are a long established family butchers, who have been in business for over 50 years. John Muff, now winning an impressive collection of awards for speciality sausages, is the third generation of the family to enter the business.

Based in Bromborough on the Wirral Peninsula in the North West UK, we are famous for our speciality award winning sausages, puddings and Countryman range of pies.

	Sky Television "Wellbeing" programme. Stephen was advising television presenter Annie Stirk how to make a vegetarian sausage. Using Collagen skin.
	Silver Prize for Pork Sausage at The Black Country Festival Of Food.

	Ken Bates, the chairman of Chelsea Football Club, samples Stephens sausages whilst enjoying a meal at Muff's. He loved Stephens Fruit' De Mer (Fruits Of The Sea ) which he shared with his gorgeous girlfriend Susannah Dwyer. Ken has since opened a similar venue in London. The dish that Ken & Susannah enjoyed, was eaten at the restaurant that Stephen used to run in Watergate Street Chester.
	Ken Bates, Susannah Dwyer and Kens management team enjoy lobster and other tempting treats at Muff's.
	Stephen and his wife visit Chelsea Football Club. They meet up with Ken and Susannah. Stephens pies are on the menu in the boardroom. David Attenborough, Frank Bruno, and other famous people join in. Including The Chelsea Pensioners. Stephen is given a tour of  The club, which is fantastic.
	European Gold Medallist Black Pudding. This is held in france at Mortagne-Au-Perche This is an international competition.
	First prize Lamb & Mint sausage N.E.C. Manchester. This award was presented to Stephen by the butcher from Coronation Street, Fred Elliot.
	First Prize Regional Speciality Sausage held in Birmingham.
	Gold Medal Haydock Liverpool, Traditional Pork sausage.
	Gold Medal Speciality Sausage Haydock Liverpool. Ginger Spice.
	National Television "Good Food Show". Stephen is filmed with the famous Jazz artist George Melley. George sampled Stephen's Black Pudding.
	Stephen is approached by Gary Rhodes, the famous TV Chef, to supply his restaurant in London's Mayfair with Black Pudding.
	National Supreme Sausage Champion. This was awarded to Stephen by television personality Ulrika Johnson.
	First and second prize for Chive sausages at The Bakewell Show.
	First prize pork sausage N.E.C. Birmingham.
	National television "The Food And Drink Show." Top T.V. personalities, Chef Brian Turner and Actor Frazer Hines, previously in Emmerdale, playing the part of Joe Sugden. Both test Stephen's sausages. They thought they were fantastic.
	Finalist London National Champion Of Champions.
	European Silver Medallist for Black Pudding. This is held in France at Mortagne-Au-Perche. This is an international contest.
	National Supreme Sausage Champion.This was presented to Stephen by Ken Morley who plays Reg Holdsworth in Coronation Street.
	Terry Wogan Show - Stephen with Jane Asher. Stephen teaches Jane how to do it- make a sausage of course !
	Finalist London National Champion Of Champions.
	Best Butchers Sausage In Great Britain. This award was presented to Stephen by Vicki Michelle (Yvette) from TV's "Hello Hello"
	European Gold Medallist for Black Pudding. This is held in France at Mortagne-Au-Perche. This is an international contest.
	European Silver medallist for Black Pudding. This is held in France at Mortagne-Au-Perche. This is an international contest.
	National Television. "The Noel Edmunds Show" highlighting people with bizzare or comical achievements. This featured Jane Asher and Stephen making sausages together. It was very funny.
	London National Champion Of Champions.
	European Gold Medallist for Black Pudding. This is held in France at Mortagne-Au-Perche. This is an international contest.
	Recommended in September Country Living Magazine. In "Pick Of The Family Sausage Makers."

	London National Specialist Sausage Champion. This was presented by radio one star Zoe Ball.

	Television appearance on "This Morning Show" with Sooty's girlfriend Soo cooking Mr Muff's prize winning Porkers.
	Finalist London Champion Of Champions. This award was presented to Stephen by Cheryl Baker, from the television programme "Eggs N' Baker". She was also in the pop group "Bucks Fizz"
	Cheshire Supreme Champion.
